Introduction: |
Sanqi Flower also known as Panax Notoginseng flower is from the same genus as "Asian Ginseng" and shares many of the same beneficial properties but with fewer side effects. Sanqi Flower is full of ginsenosides and is though to have anti-cancer properties, supports and detoxifies the liver, balances the adrenal glands, regulates high blood pressure and improves blood circulation. The aroma of dried San Qi Flower is quite pleasant and reminds us of cacao powder. The San Qi Flower brewed as tea is quite pleasant, with a balance of bitter, sweet and Ginseng spiciness. It goes well with other teas like Pu-erh, and Black tea as well. Drinking it alone is the best way as a caffeine-free herbal tea in the evenings or whenever!
Our Sanqi Flowers are grown in the Wenshan region of Yunnan at an altitude of 1900 meters without the use of pesticides or fertilizers. |
