We worked with more than 100 tea factories and small tea farmer families around all Chinese tea producing areas. Most of Chinese famous speciality teas are produced by small tea farmer families and the tea gardens were divided and owned by individual tea farmer families. We carefully selected partners and only cooperated with those in core and best producing areas. We frequently visit them to ensure their promise of no pesticide use and proper practice of fertilizer be consistently obeyed. Samples would be taken and tested to ensure conformity for each batch of tea. All teas are sealed in aluminium foils, cartons outside in clean, dry and ventilated houses. Green tea, fresh white tea and green oolong teas are stored under -5°C in icehouse. We have our own stock-calculation-and-control system so almost no teas would be accumulated when new crops teas come out every year except teas suitable for aging for example puerh and dark tea.
