Introduction: |
The Lao Cong Shuixian (Lao Cong means old tree in Chinese) was produced using tea leaves picked from tea trees of more than 70 years old in high mountains. It is believed that tea prepared using the tea leaves from these old trees has exceptional medicinal qualities, being able to soothe the body and mind, in addition to the ability to detoxify the body system. Lao Cong Shuixian is loved particularly by the elders for its bold and unique flavor in China. The Lao Cong Shuixian was roased in a medium strength, resulting in a tea that is incredibly smooth with elegant flowery aroma and a 'rock flavour' that continues through many infusions.

Preparation Methods: |
1. Put 5g Wuyi Yancha (Wuyi Rock Tea) into a 100ml ceramic tureen (Gaiwan)
;
2. Pour into the tureen 100°C water;
3. Brew for 20 seconds for the first brewing, longer time for the following brewing;
4. The Wuyi Yancha (Wuyi Rock Tea) stands up to more than ten brewing.
