Introduction: |
Dong Ting Bi Luo Chun is one of China’s Ten Famous tea and regarded by many as second only to Xihu Long Jing. This tea was created in Ling Yuan Temple of Bi Luo Peak, Dong Shan and was orginally called Xia Si Ren Xiang, which generally means "astounding fragrance". It was the Qing Emperor that gives it its name, Bi Luo Chun (named after Bi Luo Peak) and declared it as an Imperial tea.
The Bi Luo Chun Special Grade provided by ViconyTeas is from Dong Ting Mountain which is now a protected area. Only the leaves picked in Dong Ting Mountain can be considered as Dong Ting Bi Luo Chun. |
Preparation Methods: |
1. Pour into the glass 100ml 80°C water;
2. Put 2g Bi Luo Chun Tea Special Grade into the glass;
3. Brew for 1-2 minutes. One minute for delicate taste, two minutes for stronger taste;
4. The Bi Luo Chun Tea Special Grade stands up to three to four brewing.
Pls note: unlike brewing other kinds of green tea, you'd better put into tea after pouring into the water. It is called as Top-putting Brewing Method (See Detail). |
