Introduction: |
Silver Needle White Tea (Bai Hao Yin Zhen Tea) is one of the world’s best white teas, and it is renowned for its sweet taste and low caffeine content.
The Bai Hao Yinzhen, fleshy, bright colored and covered with tiny white hairs, comes from Fuding, a serene region with icy waterfalls and crystal clear lakes. The peaceful setting is reflected in the flavor - soft and mellow, with the freshness of honeydew melon and the soothing sweetness of a ripe cantaloupe. The shape of the organic Silver Needle White Tea is very uniform, with no stems or leaves. It was picked between March 15 and April 10 when it is not raining and only using undamaged and unopened buds. |
Preparation Methods: |
1. Pour the hot water into a long glass to warm it up;
