Introduction: |
The Phoenix Shui Xian Oolong (Phoenix Narcissus Oolong) was produced in Wudong Mountain, Guangdong Province. Phoenix Shui Xian Oolong has been already produced since Song Dynasty (960-1279) in Wudong Mountain. The Phoenix Shui Xian Tea Tree of Song Dynasty named “Song Zhong”is still growing in the Wudong Mountain today. Our Phoenix Shui Xian Oolong was made of the tealeaves harvested from the 30 years old clones of the "Song Zhong" Shui Xian Tea Tree in the Wudong Mountain at the altitude between 1000-1500 meters. The tealeaves have a firm bar shape in dark color. It has a pleasant aftertaste with impressive flowery fragrance. |
Preparation Methods: |
1. Put 5g Phoenix Dancong Oolong into a 100ml ceramic tureen(Gaiwan);
2. Pour into the tureen 100°C water;
3. Brew for 20 seconds for the first brewing, longer time for the following brewing;
4. The Phoenix Dancong Oolong stands up to more than ten brewing.
