Phoenix Dancong Oolong is famous for its floral fragrance and long after sweetness. In addition, the tea liquid thickness is sought after by many tea connoisseurs.
Da Wu Ye (Big black leaf) belongs to the orchid aroma category and is a very pleasing & unique Dancong. It has a soft tea taste and a high, clean, floral aroma. The spring tea has the best tasting tea liquor and highest aroma compared to other season's harvest. |
Preparation Methods: |
1. Put 5g Phoenix Dancong Oolong into a 100ml ceramic tureen(Gaiwan)
;
2. Pour into the tureen 100°C water;
3. Brew for 20 seconds for the first brewing, longer time for the following brewing;
4. The Phoenix Dancong Oolong stands up to more than ten brewing.
