Introduction: |
This legendary oolong tea was supposedly given to the people of Fujian China by Kuan Yin, the Buddhist goddess of compassion. Tie, meaning iron, refers to its reddish brown color that resembles the color of iron. This uniquely fragrant Oolong tea is semi-fermented, between un-fermented green teas and the fully fermented black teas. Mountain grown, freshly packed, and premium grade, this organic version of the most popular oolong tea in the world is antioxidant-rich, phytochemically potent, and completely satisfying. It is prized for its subtle sweetness and its smooth body. Tie Guan Yin is among the best and most popular oolong teas in the world. This sweet and delicious tea is the stuff of divinity and legend. Creamy and orchid like.
