Introduction: |
This is the classic variety of Yunnan Black Tea that was produced since 1938, so sometimes called Classic 1938. It was hand-processed at each stage and wasn't rolled by machines so the leaf shape was well preserved and un-broken.
The Yunnan Black Tea is composed of one leaf and one bud, approximately 1-1/2 inches long. The slender leaves are more golden than black. It brews a deep, golden honey color in the cup and is similar to the color of the tips. Light tannins, smooth with delightful aroma. It's delicious and full-bodied, with a classic, clean and brisk Yunnan character. |
Preparation Methods: |
1. Put 2g Imperial Yunnan Black Tea into a warmed glass;
2. Pour into the glass 100ml 100°C water;
3. Brew for 30 seconds for the first brewing, longer time for the following brewing;
4. The Imperial Yunnan Black Tea stands up to five brewing. |
